ADAM FRENCH
Managing Director
I have been working with children and young people since 2001. I have done various different roles during that period including youth work, sports coaching, mentoring, street based work and community projects.
In 2014 I decided to leave my role with Oxford City Council and set up Inspired Young People’s Project focusing on youth work projects as well as working alongside schools.
I currently teach PE in 4 primary schools around Oxfordshire as well as delivering some youth clubs and community based projects for Young People
I also work in some secondary schools working with young people at risk of exclusion. I deliver workshops and mentor young people to support them and give the positive strategies for dealing with issues they may face.

CIAN MCCORMACK
Sports Coach
As a teenager, I used to attend Adam's weekly football sessions. So I have been involved with 'Inspired' for over 10 years. I have been coaching at Inspired Holiday Camps since it began in 2016. It was my first role in coaching and Adam provided me with the opportunity and guidance to become a better leader and sports coach.
Currently, I am in my final year studying mathematics at the University of Bristol. Once I have graduated this summer, I will be doing a 2 year teacher training programme working in schools who are disadvantaged.

SIMON ROBERTS
Sports Coach
In my youth I played for Oxford City FC U18's for two seasons, a few years later I started coaching in the women's set up at Oxford City FC where we established youth teams to compete in the Oxfordshire Girls Football League for the first time. I spent five years developing the women's game at Oxford City before moving over to the boy's youth league two years ago. I now coach the U10's who have progressed into the B league after starting from scratch.
In my current role as a Sports Coach at Sandhills Primary School, where I have worked for the past ten years, I have set up my own football club which runs after school where we focus on developing confidence, fundamental skills and the love of football.
I have been working at Inspired Sports Camp since 2016 where we have grown immensely, producing some memorable moments. My personal favourite being the water fights we have in the summer.
